Data We Handle
RygonN 2.0 may handle account, profile, device, record, document, feedback, and workflow data for app functionality.
Apple And Google Sign-In
Where available in your app version, you can choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. RygonN receives a verified account identifier and may receive your name and email address, including an Apple private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. We use these details and authentication tokens for account access, sessions, and security, through our secure app services.
Your Apple or Google password and verification codes are handled by the provider; RygonN does not receive them. Google's sign-in SDK may process a user identifier and IP address, including estimating approximate location for fraud prevention. Sign-in does not require access to your precise GPS location.

Permissions
- Contacts access is used when the user chooses to select a contact for record creation or follow-up convenience.
- Calendar access is used when the user chooses to save an appointment or follow-up event.
- Camera access is used when the user chooses to capture a watermark or logo image.
- Notifications may be used for app functionality and follow-up workflows when enabled.
- External communication handoff is user initiated and opens only when the user chooses that action.
Storage And Processing
RygonN 2.0 stores app data locally on the device and may sync account, device, record, document, feedback, and workflow records through secure app services for app functionality.
Assisted Planning
If assisted planning is available, user-entered workflow context may be processed by app services to generate planning assistance for user review. RygonN 2.0 does not make decisions for the user.
Tracking And Advertising
The current RygonN 2.0 privacy manifest declares no tracking and no tracking domains. RygonN 2.0 is not prepared with advertising or third-party tracking behavior.
Data Linked To The User
RygonN 2.0 may link your email address, name, phone number, user ID, and device ID to your account for app functionality.
Account And Data Deletion
RygonN includes account and data deletion paths in the app. To request account or data deletion without opening the app, email a deletion request to support. Include your registered account email or user ID so the account can be identified; do not send your Apple or Google password or verification codes. Removing RygonN from your Apple or Google account authorisations is separate from requesting deletion of your RygonN account and associated data.
Children
RygonN 2.0 is not designed for children.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated when app behavior, data handling, permissions, assisted-planning features, or support processes change.
